What are the impacts of bullying?People who have been bullied have low self-esteem.People who have been bullied experienced trauma, fears and do not want to get along with other people. The worst impact of bullying is suicidal thoughts. Or they want to end their lives because of the shame they experienced. People who have been bullied frequently cry because of fears and shame. People when bullied, specially if he/she is a student, he/she don't want to go to school. People when bullied want to get addicted to alcohol or any other form of drugs to cope up. Students were not doing well in their schools unlike before. Having panic attacks. Experience depression and stress.

What ways that can be used to reduce bullying?Talk to the person right away and explain that bullying is a crime. Talk to the person who experiences bullying and tell him/her that you will help him/her to cope up. Talk to the parents of the child, together with the teacher and principal to discuss it, the one who was being bullied and the one who makes bullying. Talk to the authorities of your school or in your workplace to stop bullying. You should attend counseling. With this, it can help bullying effects in your health. If bullying is cyber bullying, you should report it to the site or to the social media network admin. In the workplace, you should report it to your Human Resources or HR. Keep your personal information private. Your password, your pictures or other videos that can be used in bullying. Do not post anything on social media which they would not say face to face. Do not respond to cyberbullying. Always save evidence to show to the authorities and to your parents. Do not be afraid to tell anyone who is older than you especially to your parents what is happening. Tell them if you are being bullied so that they can help you to avoid it. Tell your parents if someone makes you worried especially over online communications.
